DATA COORDINATOR
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enters the data related to each food distribution: families, anonymous, agencies, and/or programs.
- Enters the poundage daily into the HFB system for back haul and retail partner loads.
- Orders the food from HFB for weekly distribution.
- Coordinates the Saturday distribution by creating, monitoring, and editing the sign-up lists.
- Enters the volunteer data into the system.
- Coordinates the weekly disbursement of service cards to families.
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are specifically seeking an individual for a non-profit organization who operates with integrity, has a heart for the poor, homeless and diverse populations, is able to motivate the staff and volunteers, able to dedicate at least 25 hours per week and is not seeking this position as a primary source of income as compensation may fluctuate between voluntary, stipend, contract or salary based on resources of the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS:
We are seeking a self-driven and highly competent executive director to lead and influence our non-profit organization towards favorable growth, and to design and direct strategies that support and enhance our organizational operations. Duties for the executive director will include managing company assets, optimizing financial operations, providing leadership to all staff, establishing business goals, ensuring tax compliance, advising the board of directors on organizational activities, overseeing and streamlining daily operations, improving staff performance, and executing special business projects. Your exceptional stewardship and strategic planning skills as an Executive Director will aid our organization in promoting our mission and objectives, maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, achieving organizational goals, and maintaining sound financial practices.
The ideal candidate must possess a strong entrepreneurial drive, outstanding communication skills, strong leadership qualities, and good planning and organizational skills. The exceptional executive director should streamline our organizational operations, effectively and efficiently direct operational budgets, improve revenue, direct our business strategy, and enhance relations with the media, internal stakeholders, staff, and surrounding communities. The candidate should have the following skills:

WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR - BACK-UP
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Works when our Warehouse Supervisor is unavailable.
- Pick up loads from all locations and return to 9022 Frey and unload.
- Stores food safely in the designated areas (Pantry, refrigerator or Freezers).
- Sorts non-food items into the designated bins.
- Weighs the food that is picked up and completes the poundage forms.
- Empties trash from the building daily.
- Keeps the warehouse organized and prepared for events, distributions, and pallet returns.
- Assists in the set up of the warehouse for food distributions to the communities.
- Sweeps and cleans the warehouse weekly.
- Cleans the warehouse bathroom weekly.
- Assists with setup for Events at 9022 Frey Road, as assigned.
- Other goods and product pickups and deliveries, as assigned.
- Delivers pallets to HFB and vendors, as scheduled.
